18 Years to 32 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: males that 3 times a week has minimum o 2 hours sport activity without any symptoms of previous hamstring injury bilateral hamstring shortness 30 degrees of popliteal angle in active SLR test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: lower limb surgeries physiotherapy intervention in last two months
