Interventions

Intervention 1: Study Group Received 3mg/kg Lidocaine 0.5% Plus 100 µg Nitroglycerine. Intervention 2: Control Group Received 3mg/kg Lidocaine 0.5% Plus 1cc Free Water.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria : ASA I and II patients; Elective Coll's Fracture Opration ;Aging From 20-50 Years Eexclusion Criteria : Patients With Sickle Cell Anemia; Hypersensitivity For Drug; Raynaud's Disease ; Poor Cooperation (Mental Retard) ; Drug Abuse History And Addiction ; History Use Of NSAID ,Sildindfil Perevious 24 Hours
