Interventions
Intervention 1: Intervention Group: In patients with a thin endometrium, L-arginine (manufactured by Karan Pharmaceuticals and Vital Nutritional Supplements) of one gram is administered every 12 hours
otherwise, they are discontinued. Intervention 2: Control group: In this group, Estradiol valerate 2 mg is given every 8 hours for 3 days and then every 6 hours for another 3 days along with L-Arginin

20 Years to 42 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 20-42 years. Infertile women are candidates for fertility treatments. Endometrial thickness less than 7 millimeters. Treatment-resistant endometrium Consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Submucosal fibroids Endometrial polyp Severe endometriosis Adenomyosis and uterine abnormality Having an allergic reaction to L-arginine
