Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with acute sprain of the ankle in the last 7 days grade 1 or 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ankle Fracture 3 degree Ankle sprain wound or active skin disorder History of fracture in the last year in the same ankle coagulopathy, liver disease, Renal Disease, Malignancy, CNS disorder, Peripheral Neuropathy Peregnancy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Measurement of pain reduction. Timepoint: It is done at the beginning of sprain, 10 days and 4 weeks after the first visit. Method of measurement: Visual analog scale(VAS).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Foot and Ankle Outcome Score. Timepoint: at the beginning of ankle sprain, ten days and 4 weeks after the first treatment. Method of measurement: Foot and Ankle Outcome Score.;Global Rating of Change. Timepoint: at the beginning of ankle sprain, ten days and 4 weeks after the first treatment. Method of measurement: Global Rating of Change.
