Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria: patients with indications of total hip arthroplasty surgery, fractures of the proximal and distal humerus, proximal tibia and distal radius sergury by plate and screws.The orthopedic surgery that requires bone to be drilled. Neurosurgical procedures.Maxillofacial implantation sergury. no exclusion citeria
