Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Hemodialysis for at least 6 months Lack of other chronic illnesses that lead to disability and have a direct impact on dialysis adequacy (such as severe heart disease, respiratory disease, motor movement disorders, malignant diseases, liver failure).
Exclusion criteria

| Quality of Life. Timepoint: Before the intervention and two weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: The KDQOL-SF Questionnaire, a self-report questionnaire designed to examine SF-36 patients' life-threatening illness, was used to examine people's lives. This questionnaire evaluates 12 factors of life and health that include: Cognitive Impairment; . Questionnaire scoring is 0-100, with higher scores indicating better quality of life.;Dialysis adequacy. Timepoint: Before and after the intervention and two weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: To determine dialysis adequacy, a form of dialysis adequacy information including ultrafiltration specifications, patient weight, dialysis duration, filter removal rate, dialysis flow rate is completed. Dialysis adequacy will be calculated by KT / V dialysis adequacy indicators. KT / V (Clearance time / volume) is a unit without a clear representation of the human body during the time period of the year in question. The target KT / V for dialysis three times a week was 1.4 and a minimum acceptable 1.2 was calculated as Daugirdas II dialysis adequacy. | — |
