Inclusion criteria: Internet access and Smartphone Literacy reading and writing Having a benchmark of age (60-30 years).

Exclusion criteria: Failure to complete the questionnaire Mental disorders Lack of blood glucose control Hospitalization due to other health problems Kidney disease and chronic complications of diseases
