Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patient with chronic primary or secondary open angel gluacoma; patient with uncontroled intraocular pressure with maximum tolerated anti gluacoma drug and patient that cooperated for fallow up. Exclusion criteria: patient with allerjy to mmc; patient with allergy to collagen implant; patient with normal tention glaucoma; patient with previous ocular surgery; ocular infection in 2 weeks ago; pregnancy & breast feeding; patient with uncontroled diabet & hypertention.

Intaocular pressur. Timepoint: day 1, week 1, months 1, 3, 6 and 12. Method of measurement: Goldmann applanation.
