Placebo
Intervention group: Patients consuming two tablespoons of syrup per day containing 1 g of aqueous extract of coriander seed, three times a day, twenty minutes after consuming food for a month.
Control group: They are taking the placebo twenty minutes after eating two tablespoons three times a day for a month.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were the patients with migraine headache that this diagnosis was confirmed by neurologist according to ICHD-II; their ages ranged from 18 to 45 years; not being pregnant and having 4 migraine attack monthly without having another disease and one year lasts after their headache onset. Exclusion criteria was pregnancy; systemic disease diagnosis include: liver, renal, heart and another type of neurologic disorders
