Control group: standard treatment (oral medication):pyrimethamine and sulfadiazine and clindamaycin)- capsule & tablet - six months

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: All patients (men and women) with retinochoroditis, Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women and patients with extensive infection in the macula and around the optic nerve.
