Intervention 1: The participants will be divide groups of five persons and each group will receive four , two hours sessions which tooks once a week.The content of group counseling in first session :
anxiety
shyness
depression
feeling of guilt and etc.Third sessions contains : stress management and coping with stress , replacing situations and accepting what they can not change, avoiding unnecessary stress, learning problem
necessary training about knowing training muscles
understanding performance levels by using role play by the researcher . Finally a CD which contains educational information will give to participants and ask them to do the exercises at home 15 minute

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria : primery infertility ;age range of 20 to 35 years; undergoing IVF and ICSI treatments; tendency to participate in the study ; not having psychological or physical illnesses ; not receiving any medicine or psychotherapy before the intervention ; having litracy. exclusion criteria : unwilling to continue participate in research ; death of one first degree relatives; accuring pregnancy during the study ; receiving any medicine or psychotherapy counseling during the study ; not answering all the questions in questionnaire
