Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 4 years of training; Being healthy; The absence of any disease of the immune system; Vascular crucial risk and infection in the past month; Such as influenza; to colds; Respiratory infections Hungarian; or symptoms such as fever; Sore throat; Runny nose;cough and other Infectious diseases. Exclusion criteria: having permanent injury which affect training quality; Disease and Viral infection during the plan period.
