Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women scheduled for elective cesarean section aged 16-45 physical condition of I & II with ASA criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any kind of Cardiovascular diseases Patients with any kind of Respiratory diseases Gestational hyper tension (Pre eclampsia - eclampsia ) Urgent cesarean surgery patients Patients with any contraindication do spinal anesthetics Patients with fever Multiple pregnancy

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Blood pressure. Timepoint: Arterial blood pressure every 2 minutes and then every 5 minutes to the end of the surgery. Method of measurement: Non- invasive blood pressure controlling monitor.;Heart rate. Timepoint: continuously throughout surgery and after that in recovery. Method of measurement: Direct observation of continuous heart rate monitoring system.;Need for vasopressor drug or atropin if blood pressure or heart rate decrease higher than 20% from base line. Timepoint: At the end of recovery. Method of measurement: Measurement the sum of total injected vasopressor and or Atropin.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
First and fifth minutes apgar. Timepoint: Evaluation of apgar scores at first and fifth minutes after delivery of neonate. Method of measurement: Using apgar score scaling system.;Other possible side effects. Timepoint: during surgery and in the recovery. Method of measurement: patient's observation.
