Intervention 1: Intervention group: Receiving a High fiber and balanced diet for 2 months to 25-30 grams daily. Intervention 2: Intervention group2: Given a balance and conventional diet for 2 month

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion: 1 - Lack of occupation professional exercise. 2 -Do not taking steroid like LD, HD, Metformine and within three months ago.3- All of them last two years of the onset of menarche 4- Visit doctor and they are without disease PCOS, Thyroid, Metabolic, Cardiovascular, Renal and Adrenal , Liver and Diabetes .5- Do not have High-fiber diet 6- BMI greater than 25. Exclusion: 1- menstruation irregular.2- Utilization Tetracycline and Corticosteroids orally

Dehydroepiandrosterone, Testostrone, Estradiol. Timepoint: Before and after the first intervention and after phase of the wash out, and 2 months after the second intervention. Method of measurement: Radioimmunoassay.
