Intervention 1: In the control group, after induction of anesthesia normal saline will be started with dosage 50 ml in 50 ml syringes intravenously (IV) in 15 minutes and then 50 ml per hour in 50 ml

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients with end-stage liver disease who undergoing orthotropic deceased donor liver transplantation from sept 2011 to april 2012 . Patients with history of diabetes mellitus; hypertension; ischemic heart disease ; heart block willbe excluded from study.
