Intervention 1: after the direct stenting, the angioplasty balloon was positioned just upstream of the implanted stent and reinflated 4 times for 1 minute with low-pressure (4 to 6 atm) inflations
each separated by 1 minute of reflow. Intervention 2: after the direct stenting and angioplasty don't be other intervention.

Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria:typicall prolonged chest pain; ECG change(An ST elevation at least 1 mm in a limb lead or 2 mm in a precodial lead exclusion criteria:cardiac arrest; cadiogenic shock; old myocardial infarction; pulmonary edema

ST elevation measurment. Timepoint: any 12 hr for 2 times then daily. Method of measurement: ECG.;Serum ceratin kinas mb. Timepoint: any 12 h for 2 times then daily. Method of measurement: ELISA.;Serum troponin I level. Timepoint: daily. Method of measurement: ELISA.;Ejection fraction. Timepoint: daily. Method of measurement: Echocardiography.
