Intervention 1: Placebo Capsule 40mg , twice in day after food for one month per oral. Intervention 2: Capsule Ginkgo 40mg , twice in day after food for one month per oral.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were: Having a sleep disorder; No use of anti-anxiety drugs and anti stress Drugs; Lack of mental and physical diseases; No use of anticoagulants and antiplatelet and NSAIDs; Do not use antidepressants; Lack of pregnancy and lactation; Do not use any type of tobacco and drugs. Exclusion criteria were:Withdrawal from the study; Not taking medications as directed; Lack of sleep quality questionnaire; Lack of tolerance; View gastrointestinal and other side effects.
