Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Having minimum age 60 years; Living with family members; Diagnosis of diabetes with a history of at least 1 year; a need for training; Residents in Ahwaz; without being severe mental and physical disabilities. Exclusion criteria: The risk of injury during the study as: Neurological deficit (stroke, Parkinson's), Cardiovascular disorders (myocardial infarction, acute renal failure), unstable chronic disease such as malignancy, restrictive musculoskeletal disorders, Lack of clients participate in a maximum of two sessions.
