Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age above 18 and under 65 years; accepting the consent form and unresponsive to previous vaccination Exclusion criteria: pregnancy; age under 18 and above 65 years and positive antibody for Diphteria and Tetanus.
