Control group use washing the nose with saline 0.9% three times daily and 0.25% phenylephrine 80 mg/kg/day for two days.
Experiment group use washing the nose with saline 0.9% three times daily and 0.25% phenylephrine 80 mg/kg/day for two days with amoxicillin three times daily for 10-14 days.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: nasal congestion, or postnasal drip for more than 10 to 14 days and less than 30 days; fever of 39 degrees or more with purulent nasal discharge for at least 3-4 days. Exclusion criteria: Sensitivity to the antibiotic amoxicillin; antibiotic use in the last month; chronic sinusitis; sinus complications (such Periorbital or orbital edema); a known case of cystic Fibrusis; Gastroesophagus Reflux; abnormal palate, an immune disorder such as IgA deficiency; recurrent sinusitis; immunodeficiency.
