In control group an anatomy training will be done. This group not take any education in nutrition.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Metabolic syndrome, 3 criteria from this 5 criteria: waist circumference>95; TG >150mg/dl or specific medication; HDL 130 mm systolic or >85 mm diastolic or specific medication; FBS>100 or specific medication or previously diagnosed type2 diabetes. 2. AGE: 20-70. Exclusion: 1. Renal failure or Liver insufficiency; 2. Cancer; 3. Acute Cardiovascular syndrome; 4. Acute infection dx; 5. Uncontrolled diabetes.
