Intervention 1: Supplement of Omega3 with dosage of 1.5 g per day for 2 months. Intervention 2: 1.5 g per day edible Paraffin Oil as placebo for 2 months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Diagnosis of autism as defined by psychiatrist • Interested in taking part in the study • Age seven to thirteen years • Moderate to severe symptoms • • Exclusion Criteria: • No interested in taking part in the study • mild symptoms • Current use of omega-3 fatty acids or history of taking omega3 for the past 2 weeks • Individuals with allergy or hypersensitivity to fish • Diabetes and blood disorders • Severe malnutrition 3SD= z-score weight for height • GI Side effect to omega3
