Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: no remarkable systemic disease e.g. cardiovascular disease, no history of taking any analgesic drugs during the past 24 hours that would alter the inflammatory response of the pulp, one mandibular posterior tooth with irreversible pulpitis.
