Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1-age between 18 to 65 year old.2- diagnosis of hepatic encephalopathy. 3- filling consent form exclusion criteria: 1- refusal of filling consent form 2- active gastrointestinal bleeding. 3- alcohol usage 4- active infection 5- lactolos or antibiotic therapy in 2 weeks ago 6- space occupying lesion in central nervous system
