Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyposis Lund- Mckay score more than 3 in PNS CT Scan Full consciousness and sign a written consent for participation in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of previous sinus surgery Pregnant patients or breastfeeding mothers Patients with Samter triad (asthma, allergy to aspirin, nasal polyposis) People who refuse to be involved in this research study
