Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing ERCP in Taleghani hospital by taking written consen

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients history of hypersensitivity against each of melatonin, indomethacin or diclofenac Active peptic ulcer diseases Renal impairment (GFR < 10 ml/min)
