Intervention 1: In one group Mirtazapin 15-30 mg .once a day, 8 week. Intervention 2: In one group Citalopram 20-40mg, twice a day,8 week.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:Diagnosis of Major Depressive Disorder by DSM-IV and anxiety symptoms by Beck Anxiety Rating Scale ( at least 16) and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (at least 13);Age between 18 -65 years old;lack of phisical disorder. Exclusion criteria: History of bipolar disorder or schizoaffective ; Suicide or homicide risk; Contraindication for psychiatric medicine;ECT in the last month;Substance abuse;Pregnancy;Breastfeeding;Planning a pregnancy in female;Psychosis

Depression. Timepoint: In week 0,2,4,8. Method of measurement: Hamilton and Beck Depression Scale.;Anxiety. Timepoint: in week 0,2,4,8. Method of measurement: hamilton and beck anxiety scale.
