Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: willingness to participate in the study; no underlying debilitating disease; ability to communicate; not using any method of relaxation during the study,except for Benson relaxation method; do not use drugs; no specific exercise Exclusion criteria: continued reluctance to intervene; Simultaneous use of drugs affecting mental illness; not do three continuous or five alternative of Benson relaxation method; Hospitalization for any reason; the use of other alternative methods such as kidney transplant or dialysis peritoneal
