Inclusion criteria: The age range of between 20 and 63 years patient cooperation the completion of the informed consent form, participation in the training program by the participants absence of a history of chronic disease, drug use, mental illness theand having appropriate physical conditions

Exclusion criteria: Incomplete cooperation of samples dissatisfaction with the company in the research severe physical conditions and the history of chronic disease, drug use and mental illness
