Intervention 1: First group in first month of period will receive 400 mg ibuprofen tablets with placebo during a period of 3 days from the onset of menstruation and second group over a period of 3 day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ; primary moderate to severe estabilished dysmenorrheal ; regular menstruation cycle ; being single; 18-25 years old Exclusion criteria:; Pregnancy ; gasterointestinal problems and ulcer peptic history ; affect disorders ; renal and hepatic disorders

MeasureTime frame
Abdominal pain- low back pain and other symptoms of dysmenorrhea. Timepoint: Variables for each of two consecutive menstrual cycles before treatment, on the second and fourth days of treatment are measured. Method of measurement: Dysmenorrhea side effects will assess by using COX questionare.
