Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Willingness to Cooperation; Having the Defined Conditions of Insomnia According to DSM-IV-TR; Suffering from Insomnia at Least Three Nights a Week in a Duration of at Least Six Months; Being between 16 and 50 Years Old. Exclusion Criteria: Suffering from Physical Diseases Such As Lung, Heart and Infection Diseases, Alergic Rinitist, and Cancers; Suffering from Psychologic Diseases Such As Major Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorders, Psychosis, Abuse of Drugs; Suffering from Neurologic Diseases Such As Parkinson and Alzheimer; Suffering from Sleep Disorders Such As Sleep Apnea, Periodic Sleep Disorder and Periodic Limb Movement Disorder; Parallel Usage of Drug or Non-drug Cure for Insomnia; Pregnant and Lactating Women.
