Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:Patients with oligomenorrhea hyperandrogenism including a hirsutism , exclusion craiteria: hype rprolactinoma , abnormal thyroid test and premature ovarian frailer, diabetes, coshing syndrome according to Basal clinical endocrine
