Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 100 patient with open tibial fractureor tibia & fibula fracture(type I , II , IIIa , IIIb , IIIc) with succesfull revascularization. Exclusion criteria: use corton, immunosuppresive, radiotherapy; use oral calcium; use of alenderonate & osteofoss; use calcium blocker; infection in fracture site; failer revascularization & pron to amputation and associated bone diseases.
