Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Infants' age between 32-34 weeks; weight between 800-1800 gm; clinically stable infants; Written order of a physician for kangaroo mother care; breast-feeding during the study; Infant can tolerate stomach tube; infants is without congenital anomalies and Consent form is signed by parents Exclusion criteria: Cerebral hemorrhage; respiratory distress; abdominal distension; sepsis and intolerance of kangaroo mother care refrain from further testing.
