Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria included: "Having mental health" and "Lack of experience of liver disease , heart disease , diabete , high blood pressure " and "Not taking any drug" , "Special and affect food homocysteine concentration" , " Dietary supplements " , "Smoking , alcohol , caffeine , coffee " , "Sex hormones " and " B12 and B6 vitamins and folate" , " Same diet for three days before the exercise for all subjects" , "Not participating in regular physical activity during the last 6 months" . Exclusioncriteria included : "Lack of same diet" , "lack of just do training protocol" , "Withdrew herself from participating in the study".
