Intervention gourp : Acetaminophen 500 mg twice a day and Arthroherb 480 mg twice a day for 8 weeks. Arthroherb manufacture by aminpharma . Each tablet contain 12 mg harpagoside.
Control gourp :Acetaminophen 500 mg twice a day and Diclofenac 100 mg once a day for 8 weeks.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: chronc pain due to osteoarhritis, knee crepitation, osteophytes and subchondral sclerosis to in radiography. Exclusion criteria: history of knee trauma, other rheumatologic disorders, diabetes, uncontrol hypertension, knee replacment, intolerane to drug thearpy, incidence of side effects.
