Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: to be menopause Literacy to the level of understanding and answering questions. May it be the first and only marriage for the woman and her husband Having sexual relations with a spouse in the past month. Achieving a score of 75 or less on the Shima Sexual Health Questionnaire (scoring based on 100). Possessing smartphone proficiency
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Treated sexual dysfunction (self-reported) History of any malignancy (self-reported) Use of medications affecting sexual function (self-reported) Any severe psychological stress experienced in the past 3 months, excluding COVID. Consumption of alcohol or drugs (self-declaration) Having an uncontrolled chronic disease (self-reported) Physical and mobility disabilities necessitate the use of assistive devices. Severe depression and higher based on the DASS_21 score Surgical removal of both ovaries (bilateral Ovariectomy)
