Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: nurses who work at ICU wards as official or on contract or human power design. They can participate in education program of research. Exclusion criteria: nurses who deliver education but could not cooperate for long illness, long permission, transferring and etc.

To determine and compare of the knowledge about general nosocomial infection control of the ICU nurses in the both experimental and control groups before and after intervention. Timepoint: Before and one month after intervention. Method of measurement: Knowledge Questionnaire.;To determine and compare of the ICU nurses' attitudes about general nosocomial infection control in the both experimental and control groups before and after intervention.
