Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients referred to Alzahra Ophthalmology Clinic, who will diagnosed with NTG, based on findings such as: normal ocular pressure, optic, nerve changes, and visual field changes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients on treatment patients with drug allergy eye surgery past ophthalmologic diseases history

Measure	Time frame
Optic nerve head perfusion. Timepoint: one week, one month, three months and six months after initiating drug. Method of measurement: Optical coherence tomography (OCT) imaging test.	—
