Interventions

Intervention 1: Patients will take either one capsule MUTAFLOR® (with 2.5–25×109 CFU Escherichia coli Nissle 1917) o.d. for 4 days and there after two capsules MUTAFLOR® o.d. throughout the trial. In

Patients will take either one capsule MUTAFLOR® (with 2.5–25×109 CFU Escherichia coli Nissle 1917) o.d. for 4 days and there after two capsules MUTAFLOR® o.d. throughout the trial
placebo capsule 1 capsule per day for 4 days then 2 capsules per day for 1 month

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Age between 20 to 50; Fulfilled Rome 3 criteria; Tendency to take part in study Exclusion criteria: Usage any of probiotics in a month before study; Pregnancy; Previous abdominal surgery except cholecystectomy and appendectomy; Any active gastrointestinal disease; Cow milk protein allergy
