Intervention 1: This was a 3-group randomized interventional trial.
control group (without education): Includs CSR staff and operating room nurse
interventions includ: pretest( Researcher made questionnaire to assess knowledge, attitude and behavior of washing and sterilization)
post tests include: after one month and two months after the test. Intervention 2: intervention group1 : Includs CSR staff and operating room nurses
Attend in a four-hour Educational class about washing and sterilization behavior (giving lectures and educational videos)
post test after one month and two months after the intervention. Intervention 3: intervention group2 : Includs CSR staff and operating room nurses
The intervention included educational videos and booklet without attend classes
post test after one month and two months after the intervention.
It should be noted that the first and second groups in each category will be chosen randomly. In all cases, the pre-test, post-test

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Including criteria : Participants who had B.S. of nursing or associate degree of operation room; These who have been working in CSR or operation room as a surgeon assistant more than 3 months. Exclusion criteria: Participants who didnt have B.S. of nursing or associate degree of operation room; These who have been working in CSR or operation room as a surgeon assistant less than 3 months.
