Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Second and third year students, willingness to participate in the study, a consent form must be completed, they had test anxiety according to Sarason Test Anxiety Inventory. Exclusion criteria: if they did not participate in guided reflection sessions,according to self-report they were affected mental disorders such as anxiety disorders and depression.
