Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newborns with a range of 35 0/7 to 36 6/7 weeks of gestation Heart rate less than 100 beats per minute following initial steps of newborn care

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital anomalies Perinatal Asphyxia

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The number of required ventilation courses to reach 100 heartbeats per minute or higher in newborns who need resuscitation at birth. Timepoint: before intervention and during intervention. Method of measurement: Pulse Oximetry.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Determination and comparison of the relative frequency of the need for mechanical ventilation in both groups. Timepoint: 72 hours after birth. Method of measurement: chest X-ray.;Determination and comparison of the relative frequency of the need for advanced resuscitation in both groups. Timepoint: 30 seconds following the initial steps of newborn care. Method of measurement: Chronometer.
