Intervention 1: ?First Intervention group: Aspirin Tablets with dose of 325 mg/day for 3 weeks. Intervention 2: Second Intervention group:Enoxaparin, brand name of Clexane, with a dose of 40 mg daily

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age greater than or equal to 15 years Ankle Sprain on the lateral side: Grade 2 and 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ankle instability Medial Ankle injury Syndesmosis damage Wound on the site of injury The presence of other fractures People who have an anticoagulant use history

D-Dimer value in the D-Dimer test. Timepoint: Measurement of D-Dimer Test at before intervention and 21 days after administration of Aspirin and ?Enoxaparin. Method of measurement: D-Dimer Test kit.
