First group received Tranexamic acid in saline solution (1000 miligrams of tranexamic acid in 1000 cc of IV-normal saline) as the irrigant liquid during operation.
Second group received Normal-saline (placebo) solution as the irrigant liquid during operation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants including major eligibility criteria: The patients with a history of heart disease - drug allergy - those with history of taking drugs that interacts with coagulation - kidney disease and age over 45 years and under 15 years old are excluded.
