18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1- Aged above 18 years; 2-No the oral lesion; 3-Not Poisoning by organic phosphate; 4- Lack of using corticosteroids; 5-The Intubation time must be less than 6 hours; 6-Not affiliated by any active pulmonary infections by the date of admission to ICU. Exclusion criteria: 1-Death of samples; 2-Fortuitous extubation.

MeasureTime frame
Pneumonia. Timepoint: 72 hours after intervention. Method of measurement: Score of bacterial pneumonia.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Determine volume of oral secretions. Timepoint: Daily. Method of measurement: Milliliter.
