Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:Primary Insomnia; age between 18 and 65 ; Exclusion criteria: Clinically significant neurological or psychiatric disorder ; unstable medical disorder;history or family history of epilepsy; history of substance abuse or dependence;Pregnancy;Implanted pace maker;History of head injury or skull fracture; history of brain surgery; history of brain surgery; intracranial metal implantation

MeasureTime frame
N3 duration. Timepoint: The night after intervention. Method of measurement: Polysomnography.;Quality of sleep. Timepoint: Day before and after intervention. Method of measurement: Pittsburg sleep quality questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Sleep dependent memory consolidation. Timepoint: mornings after control and test nights. Method of measurement: word association learning task.
