Intervention 1: Intervention group: Consumption of 10 mg po Piroxicam 1-2 hour befor embryo transfer. Intervention 2: Control group: consumption of placebo 1 to 2 hour befor embryo transfer.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent Infertile women planned for IVF Normal Endometrial cavity High quantity freezed embryos

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Aspirin sensitive asthma Anemia or coagulopathy disorders Liver or Renal failure Ischemic Heart disease or Heart Failure Hypertention and Cerebrovascular Diseases Allergy to NSAIDS Peptic Ulcer Disease or positive history of GI bleeding Traumatic embryo transfer

MeasureTime frame
Clinical pregnancy rate. Timepoint: 2 months after embryo transfer. Method of measurement: Ultrasonography.;Chemical pregnancy rate. Timepoint: 14 days after transferring the embryo. Method of measurement: Pregnancy Test.
