Intervention 1: In first group, intraoperative mitomycin C 2% to 3 min and in second group, mitomycin C 2%, four times daily for 2 weeks was used and patients were followed up to 15 months after surge

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria: signed informed consult, indication for pterygium surgery. exclusion criteria: dry eyes, history of vasculitis and collagen vascular diseases.
