Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1-Cleft palate 2-Hypernasality 3-age interval 3 to 25 years 4-Each cleft fistula has been treated Exclusion criteria: 1-treatmental cleft palate surgery 2-Speach disorder 3-Small jawbone 4- Aberrant carotid artery 5- Severe hearal defect 6- obestractiv sleep syndrom
